What time should spectators arrive?
Lifting will begin at 9:00 AM (tentative schedule), but we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to grab a seat and get settled before the action starts.

Absolutely! Powerlifting meets are supportive, positive, and exciting. Kids, teens, and adults are all welcome to cheer on the athletes.
Do coaches need a special pass?
Yes. Coaches must purchase a $20 coach wristband, which provides access to the warm-up area. Coaches must also sign a waiver or have a valid USA Powerlifting membership.
Can I bring a dog to this event?
We love our furry friends, but only service animals are permitted inside the facility during the event. For the safety and comfort of all athletes and spectators, please leave your pets at home. The environment will get loud and crowded during lifting sessions.
I’ve never been to a powerlifting meet before. How does it work?

Can I arrive late to the event?
Yes, spectators may arrive at any time during the competition. However, seating is first-come, first-served.
