Meet Jessica Ifshin, Lic.Ac., Dipl.OM., EAMP
An East Asian Medical Practitioner with over 25 years of experience - Jessica Ifshin is a clinician with East (Coast) and West (Coast) sensibilities.
Originally from NYC, Jessica returned East, to New Milford specifically, from San Diego, CA. She left a full faculty position of close to 10 years, at The Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM), to work at The Diebold Family Cancer Center as part of the New Milford Hospital Integrative Medical Department for 5 years.
She has cared for many HIV and cancer patients, as well as supporting people of all ages, and their families, through hospice, cognitive decline, and various chronic illnesses.
While she does not claim to have a specialty per se, she loves the practice of Eastern Medicine through the body/mind/spirit filter to holistically address her patients’ concerns. Living and working in the New Milford Community for 15 years, Jessica has a robust clinical practice and loves educating people about self-care. She graduated Summa cum Laude from PCOM/San Diego and
received her post-graduate certification from the Hubei College of TCM in Wuhan, China.
When not practicing medicine, Jessica loves to spend time with friends, hike, read, dine out, paint, take photographs, travel and cook.
"As an acupuncturist myself, I have had numerous treatments over the past 25 years. There have been several fantastic practitioners, and Jessica is a standout among them. I would certainly recommend her as a care provider to anyone! She earns her 5 stars with knowledge, approach-ability, and great hands on."
-Corrinne H.
