Let's Talk Lady Bits!
A frank and unfiltered conversation
about pooping, peeing, pain,
and pelvic floor health—
because you deserve answers.
Saturday, June 21 at 12:30 PM
Studio 1 @ New Milford Fitness & Aquatics Club
130 Grove St., New Milford, 06776
Join us for a candid, no-holds-barred conversation about the pelvic floor—from postpartum recovery to postmenopause and everything in between.
Physical therapist Lauren will walk us through the facts, bust myths, and answer your most pressing (and yes, maybe awkward) questions. If you've ever laughed and leaked, avoided jumping jacks, or wondered "Is this normal?"—this is for you.
Meet Your Speaker:
Lauren Papa, PT, DPT
Lauren holds a doctorate in physical therapy as well as certificates in both pelvic and postpartum physical therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association.
She has 16 years experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions in both men and women as well as various orthopedic issues. She's passionate about women's health throughout the lifespan and is looking forward to dispelling the myths that surround the pelvic floor.
And! Lauren is also a New Milford Fitness and Aquatic Club member and a frequenter of Butts and Guts on Saturday mornings.
At the end of our time together,
you'll walk away with:
A deeper understanding of what’s actually happening down there.
From bladder leaks to pelvic organ prolapse, you’ll leave knowing what’s normal, what’s common (those aren’t the same!), and what you can do about it.
Actionable tips you can start using the same day.
Simple habits, posture shifts, and movement strategies that support your pelvic floor—no complicated routines or equipment needed.
The confidence to ask better questions at your next doctor’s appointment.
You’ll know what to bring up, what’s worth advocating for, and how to stop being dismissed or embarrassed about your symptoms.
A safe space to hear—and share—real stories.
You are so not alone. The community aspect of this talk is half the magic. (The other half is pelvic floor empowerment.)
A fresh perspective on what “normal” can and should feel like.
Spoiler alert: peeing when you laugh isn't a cute milestone. You deserve better—and now you’ll know what “better” looks and feels like.

If there’s one thing I want you to remember, it’s this:
Trust your gut (and maybe your bladder).
If you’ve made it this far down the page, chances are this event is exactly what you need—even if your inner voice is whispering, “Is this too much?” (It’s not. We’re talking vaginas, remember?)
Not sure if this talk is for you? Think you might be too young, too old, too squeamish, or too far gone?
Email me at laurenpapa2@gmail.com and I’ll give it to you straight. No pressure, no sales pitch, just the truth about whether this talk will actually help you.
You’ve got nothing to lose… except the need to plan your day around bathroom locations.
So what are you waiting for?
